Position Summary
The incumbent is to be responsible for conducting deep dive analysis on the performance/profitability of the business and identify/explain gaps in performance vs targets. The incumbent shall also maintain reports and provide visibility regarding business performance to all relevant stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct the Financial Analysis of the Branchless Business and maintain reports/data bank that give key insights to colleagues.
- Extracting information from relevant dashboards and consolidating data to facilitate management reporting including preparation of financial review slides for financial updates.
- Prepare and assist in making Health Tracker for lending update to ANT Financials.
- Perform target analyses on consumer behavior to identify root causes when performance targets are not met by business and for better future strategies.
- Reconcile data and reports, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate across various Finance and Non-Finance functions effectively.
- Coordinate with the technology teams and business teams on providing monthly accruals.
- Facilitate auditors in their verification of Branchless Business Revenue and Commission.
- Preparation of actual vs budget analysis for Branchless Business Revenue and Commission on a monthly basis and investigate reasons of variance.
- Carry out any other ad hoc task assigned.
Education
- CA Finalist; Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Accounting and Finance

- 4-5 years of relevant work experience
